First of all thank’s for comment again!

He use two medium power functions motors and another two xl power functions motors. As I’ve said in the first post of the caterpillar it has the same engine/system as the 8043 excavator set.

    Ok.
doesnt it require 2 battery boxes for 2 XLs and 2 M motors?
lego PF FAQ shows that each battery box can power:
    4M // 2M + 1XL // 2XL

currect me if im wrong 🙂

    cool blog,btw! 😀

You’ll be right… But the 8275 bulldozer use two medium and two bug power functions motors powered by one battery box.

I think that power functions battery box can power all those motors, but the recommended quantity is the shown in the power functions FAQ.

Tomorrow I’ll try to power more than six motors to a battery box.

However I was wrong: the caterpillar use four medium power functions motors, no two and two as I thought.

One question. Where did you get the FAQ’s of the power functions system?
